- Record and carry out preventive measurement for all machineries at plant.
- Receive work order and do repairing works. Keep record for affected time loss calculation.
- Order spare parts for machineries at production lines, office, rebar yard and batching plant.
- Repair and carry out services according to daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly.
- Manage maintenance team for all kind of preventive, repair and maintenance works.
- Order and distribution of diesel for required machineries.
- Special attention on gensets. Daily inspection and maintenance to avoid any breakdown.
- Prepare daily report & maintain accurate downtime record for future analysis to incorporate into preventive maintenance & schedule maintenance with aims to reduce repetitive cases.
- Spare parts maintenance: Ensure all critical spare parts available to minimize downtime of critical machineries like batching plant, cranes, stirrup machine, genset that are affecting daily production.
