- Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the maintenance team responsible for MEP systems in f&B and retail stores.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance plans, and repair strategies.
Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure optimal performance.- Coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, upgrades, replacements, and installations.
Manage inventory of spare parts, equipment, and tools required for maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
Train and mentor maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and vendors as needed for maintenance projects.
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment performance
Possess at least a Professional A4 chargeman Certificate.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
Experience involved in preventive, predictive maintenance planning, scheduling, execution and manning.- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in the construction or facilities management industry.
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a maintenance team.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.- Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and maintenance best practices.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel within Klang Valley and Outstation if required.
