Job Description
- Sales Performance: Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, market research, and customer referrals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Elevate relationships with top accounts to strategic partnerships by building trust, becoming an advisor, and working towards shared goals and mutual benefits.
- Market and Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and competitive activities.
- Sales Planning & Forecasting: Develop and implement a sales plan that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Negotiation & Closing Deals:Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions with clients.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum undergraduate education.
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
- Knowledge in selling through distributors i
- Experience of managing distributor and end user relationships
- Willing to travel within SEA
- Languages: Mother tongue with full working proficiency in both written & spoken English languages required.
