Key Responsibilities
1. To be hands on and work with distributors and key channel partners on sales closure
2. To coach and guide sales team members on sales closure, priorities, funnel increment and commission maximization
3. To go to the fields to understand market's demand, uncertainty and opportunities
4. To feedback to CEO, CRO, and business units on product acceptance
5. To collaborate with marketing team to create programs to drive lead conversion
