Position Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities in the market via new commercial partnerships with existing and emerging channels and platforms.
- Crafting partnership & marketing strategies to capture new or potential market segment based on the company's business objectives
- Strategize, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of channel partnership strategies, campaigns, and tactics. Identify areas for improvement, conduct A/B testing, and implement optimization strategies to achieve better results with our external platform partners.
- Identify and establish partnerships with acquisition channel platform partners in the SEA region to expand our user base.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and success.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing / marketing communications / PR / psychology / advertising.
- Proven experience in channel partnership management, business development, or related roles particularly in the SEA region.
- Work experience in food delivery services / platforms will be added advantage.
- Strong understanding of partnership marketing, performance metrics, and analytics.
- Passion for the coffee and hospitality industry is a plus.
