Job Responsibilities
Navigate the intersection of strategy and practical execution. Responsible in devising business models that ensure alignment with organizational goals and long-term viability.
Create Business Models:
Develop models that harmonize seamlessly with our companys direction.
Ensure sustainability and long-term practicality of business model ensuring that it can be executed realistically.
Market Insights and Pragmatic Strategies:
Dive deep into market data, customer behavior, and industry dynamics.
Translate insights into practical strategies that is able to propel the business forward.
Operational Excellence:
Fine-tune processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with teams to optimize day-to-day operations.
Change Management Support:
Oversee organizational shifts, handle change management. Ensure success of business model implementation.
Job Requirements
Minimum degree holder with 5-8 years of work experience, related to designing and managing sales incentive programs, plus point if within the telecommunications industry.
FMCG or any fast-moving industry/banking/insurance experience is an added advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Detail-oriented and adept at managing competing priorities.
Familiarity with SOPs and process improvement methodologies.
Excellent communications and collaboration skills.
Professional Certification/Diploma/Degree or its equivalent in relevant field
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 8 years of experience.
