Plan and create change management strategies to achieve the project goals.
Apply Agile methodology to lead change management activities.
Working with Project Manager to embed change activities in the project plan and identify the risks and issues.
Facilitate project teams to increase the adoption of change strategy.
Planning/organizing meetings, workshops and trainings.
Prepare the deck for training sessions and workshops.
Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation plan.
Conduct change impact assessment, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Track and report issues.
Develop, monitor, and update the comprehensive communication plans and materials.
Ensure that the impacted stakeholders are well communicated on the project development.
Documentation and reporting: keeping a detailed record of changes, their impacts, and outcomes.
Possess Bachelors Degree in business, technology, organisational change management, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of one(1) year of relevant experience in change management and/or business-related transformation support.
Understanding of change management methodologies, approaches and tools.
Excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and outstanding presentation.
Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies.
Familiar with Content Management Systems (CMS) and documentation tools.
Able to travel whenever required.
