Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field. Certifications in change management

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.
• Experience working on cross-functional projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving organizational change.

Skills:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Proficiency with change management tools and methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in multimedia skillset (doing multimedia task in poster, presentation, video etc)
