Centre Manager
As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs, ensuring high-quality instruction, and fostering a positive learning environment. You will collaborate with other educators and lead the team to create a dynamic and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all students. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional teaching skills, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development
- Lead the design and development of curriculum and instructional materials for STEAM programs such as Python AI, Apps Development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and etc.
- Ensure the curriculum aligns with educational standards and best practices.
- Regularly review and update the curriculum to maintain its relevance and effectiveness.
- Instructional Leadership:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to teachers and educational staff.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to enhance teaching practices.
- Lead professional development sessions and training programs for educators.
- Student Engagement:
- Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Address student needs and adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support academic growth.
- Program Management:
- Oversee the implementation of educational programs and ensure their successful execution.
- Collaborate with administrative staff and external parties to coordinate schedules, resources, and activities.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Parental and Community Involvement:
- Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians to support student success.
- Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and school activities.
- Engage with the community to promote educational programs and build partnerships.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with educational policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to curriculum, student progress, and program activities.
- Prepare and present reports on program performance to stakeholders.
- What we are looking for:
- Candidates with more than 2 years experience in teaching/ managing a team or similar fields/roles are encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
