Prepare production according to the company's quality standards. Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout food preparation.
Ensure that all preparations are prepared in accordance with the central kitchen's recipes, guidelines, and timelines.
Adhere and ensure HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system is practiced
Assist in stock ordering
Adherence of food safety standards to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times. Such as chiller temperature, food storage, personal hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Able to work in a team
Work closely with Central Kitchen Manager to identify and implement opportunities that would help improve the production processes.
Ensure all items ordered by outlets are being prepared and packed accordingly to be delivered to individual outlets.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management

Job Requirements
Malaysians only
Experience in high volume kitchen/central kitchen is preferred
Basic knowledge of food preparation
Willingness to work on shift, weekends and Public Holidays
Good communication and organization skill
Ability to work multiple tasks efficiently
Attentive to details
Min of 1 year kitchen experience is encouraged
