Requirements- Minimum 1 years and above of working experience in a professional kitchen.
Management skill on staff working process- Able to follow Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
Basic Culinary and Pastry Skill
- Willing to work on Saturday & Sunday ; and able to work in shift .
Ensuring adequacy of supplies at the outlet.
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
Keep the area of the kitchen safe and sanitary.- Manage stock take and ordering supplies for station.
Improve food preparation methods based on feedback.
