Job Description

We are looking for Sales Executives who re driven and competitive to join our dynamic sales team to support the business in driving revenue and growth of CelcomDigi products.

  • Your Responsibilities:
Area (States) Owner to all Telco Prepaid & Postpaid related businesses under category of Open Channel & Modern Trade.
  • Observe and report competitor activities/programs in respective Clusters and review its effectiveness/ threat/ opportunities towards CelcomDigi. To propose Quick Win actions to maintain competitive within Clusters.
Responsible for Cluster pyramid health following guidelines as directed by Sales & Distribution Team.
  • To achieve sales targets for reloads & quality activations leading to revenue increase.
Constantly ensure CelcomDigis presence is visible within Clusters.
  • Execute Visitation by performing 4 Sales Call Steps.
Base Expansion via Potential Dealer Touchpoint hunting and grooming
  • Participate in all on-ground activities such as Events, Roadshows, Roving, etc
Troubleshoot dealer and frontliner system / product related queries.
  • Your Merits
: Diploma / Degree in any field with a minimum 1 year of experience or SPM with 2 to 3 years experience
  • Experience in sales especially working with Dealer/Distribution/Telco Operations, Public Relations & Communications
Must Possess Own Transport with Valid Licenses
  • Strong Negotiation, Analytics & Problem Solving skills
Proficient spoken and written English & Malay (other languages are plus)
  • Flexible, able to work during weekend or at odd hours.
Good communication skills, aggressive, dynamic and result oriented.
  • Must be street wise and able to think on the feet.
Exposure to planning and execution of sales related campaigns will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM3,500.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • Commission pay


Education:
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:
  • Planning and execution of sales related campaigns: 1 year (Preferred)

Sales especially working with Telco Dealer: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
  • Driving license (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

* 100% (Preferred)
