Category Deputy Manager (Personal Care)

Job Responsibility

• Responsible for category sales, margin, income, stocks and market share
• prepare weekly, monthly promotion planning & category strategy planning
• formulate marketing strategies to sustain and build brand awareness to rive the business growth
• responsible for overall brand positioning and manage all product launches & marketing activities
• negotiation of trading and promotion terms
• liaise with other department such as marketing, supply chain, online business on promotion planning and brand building arrangement
• establishment and maintenance of productive supplier relationship

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent within FMCG
• At least 5 years working experience in Personal Care/ Beauty Category is an added advantage
• Strategic thinker with proven experience of developing and implementing effective and integrated brand plans
• Good negotiation & communication skills (internal & external), good commercial sense and analytical skills
• Team player, positive attitude, multi-tasking and able to handle stress
• Must be able to work well under tight deadlines
