We are seeking a highly motivated Category Cum Account Manager with 6-10 years of experience for the Business & Industrial category will play a pivotal role in driving growth and improving the seller and buyer experience. This role involves building market expertise, fostering relationships with key sellers, and identifying opportunities to enhance the category's performance. Responsibilities include analyzing data to inform strategies, managing seller performance, and executing initiatives to improve catalog quality and seller engagement. The ideal candidate will combine analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for fostering relationships to ensure the category thrives in a competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Understand and address customer needs, problem areas, behaviors, and preferences in the Business & Industrial category.
• Develop deep knowledge of the category and market to uncover opportunities for growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with key sellers, brands, and retailers aligned with the category strategy.
• Enhance the value provided to the seller base to foster long-term partnerships.
• Lead initiatives such as seller acquisition planning, adoption of seller services, improving catalog quality, and managing seller performance.
• Analyze and report on the performance and growth of the category regularly.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years in online consumer products or category management, with a preference for experience in managing categories.
• Existing relationships and networks in relevant categories are a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to take initiative and achieve measurable results.
• Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and a positive attitude.
• Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
