Cash Handling:- Process sales transactions
Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and handle feedback professionally.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Answer customer questions about products or services- Introduce products to customers
Follow company policies, procedures, and standards related to food safety, hygiene, and customer service.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Accept payments
- Calculate and return change when required by the payment method
Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change- Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
