Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and upsell additional products/services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with a positive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed according to company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to maintain a friendly demeanor under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
