Job Responsibilities:
- Open Bill (Cash Sales, Sales Order)
- Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers
- Issue receipts or change due to customers
- Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift
- Key in Goods Received Note (GRF)
- Resolve customer complaints
- Handle Service Set > Customer or Stock Set Service> Arrange suppliers to collect and follow up
- Documents filing> Cash sales, Delivery Order, Branch Transfer Note, Service Delivery Order..
- Daily Cash / Credit Card Closing
- Any ad hoc administration tasks assigned by your immediate superior.
Job Requirements:
#Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level
#Strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment and drive to continuously learn.
#Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must.
#Attention to details and figures.
#Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
#Chinese is prefereble.
#Able to work in Bandar Baru Sungai Buloh.
#Able to start work immediately.
10am to 9pm
Mon to Sun, 1 rest day during weekdays.
