Key Responsibilities:-Monitor and ensure the quality of workmanship on-site, with a focus on carpentry tasks.
-Study drawings to ensure alignment with site conditions and coordinate accordingly.
-Supervise workers, providing guidance and support as necessary.
-Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of work.
-Arrange and bring workers for outstation assignments when required.
-Prepare and submit daily reports on site activities and project progress.
-Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, particularly in carpentry.
-Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings and specifications.
-Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
-Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written. Advanced in Mandarin will be added advantage.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
-Flexibility to travel for outstation work
-Possess a valid special license for van will be an added advantage
