Responsibilities
- To support INTI in achieving its financial goal through building strong relationship with industry partners and alumni and generating enrolment numbers from the collaborations with industry partners
- Provide programs counselings and educate prospects from working professional segment on working adults.
- Coordinate collaboration meetings with industry partners and develop pipelines through corporate engagement, workshops and preview sessions.
- Organize or assist in organizing the working professional programme preview sessions in the aim of increasing enrolment
- Drive sales and marketing activities in the aim of delivering target
- Provide a positive and superior counselling experience professionally.
- Demonstrate strong team relationship and work with all CS team members collaboratively and support each other within Career Services, WAP and Alumni Unit.
- Achieve given sales target within cycle
- Perform other Career Services and Alumni Unit related office administrative jobs assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification in relevant academic area
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in both written and oral (Malay, English and/or Mandarin language) with the ability to communicate and adapt to different communication styles at all levels.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain focused.
