What We Offer:
Job Position: Customer Service Specialist (Cantonese Speaker)
Industry: Digital (Printer & Imaging Solutions)
Working Hours: Day Shifts Only
(Permanent Off day on Sunday)
Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (Nearby Ara Damansara LRT)
Salary: Monthly salary with minimum
RM4000 above, plus KPI incentive up to RM200
ϸ Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with printer hardware and software is a plus.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
Communication:
Excellent verbal (Cantonese & English) and written communication skills.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the digital industry.
Fresh graduates are welcomed!
