Job Descriptions:
- Set, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
- Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media and professional accounts.
- Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Organize and manage online events to boost brand awareness.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams.
- Stay up-to-date with the digital asset industry.
- Develop campaign visuals and strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, website, mobile app, and advertising platforms.
- Implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, design campaign visuals, and collateral.
- Analyze campaign data and metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions that align with campaign objectives.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and customer support teams to integrate marketing efforts and enhance the customer experience.
- Generate campaign reports, insights, and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Self-starter with an outgoing personality.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and good project management skills.
- Experience with campaign visual and collateral designing using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity, knowledge, and a personal interest in Web3, Blockchain/Crypto/Digital Asset, Investment, or Finance highly preferred.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, both spoken and written.
