Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Call Centre Officer/Recovery Officer :

Collect payments from delinquent customers.

Call customers using all approved methods of communication.

On overdue accounts and amount currently owed.

Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.

Follow up frequently for payment commitments.

Handle Banking & Telco clients

REQUIREMENTS:-

SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.

With or Without Experience, Training Is Provided.

Good communication skills (BM & English).

Self-discipline and Team player.

Experience in credit recovery will be an added advantage

Salary starting from RM2000 RM3000 (based on experiences)
