Reporting into the Head of Call Center.

Leading a team of 20 (Assistant Manager, Team Leader, Advisor)

Market coverage: APAC and AMEA

Key Responsibilities

  • To achieve the given customer service targets
  • To drive sales growth
  • To maintain operation excellence: conversion, KPIs, performance benchmark
  • To lead the team

Skills And Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in the call center environment
  • Excellent command of English
  • Demonstrated capability of leading a team of 20
