Support the production of bakery items, working under the guidance of experienced bakers to learn and contribute to daily operations.

Assist in measuring and preparing ingredients, ensuring accuracy and following recipe guidelines.
Baking Techniques:
Learn and apply basic baking techniques, including mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking under the supervision of senior bakery staff.
Quality Assistance:
Contribute to quality control measures, assisting in inspections to ensure the high standards of taste, appearance, and consistency in baked goods.
Kitchen Support:
Collaborate with the bakery team, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hygiene standards in workstations.
Equipment Operation:
Learn to operate and maintain bakery equipment, ensuring proper usage and reporting any issues promptly.
Learning and Development:
Participate in training sessions to enhance baking skills and progress toward more advanced roles within the bakery team.
Efficiency Support:
Assist in following production schedules, optimizing workflow, and minimizing waste in collaboration with the bakery team.
Menu Execution:
Contribute to the execution of items on the bakery menu, gaining exposure to various aspects of the central kitchen's bakery operations.
Hygiene and Safety:
Adhere to food safety regulations, maintain personal hygiene, and actively contribute to a clean and safe working environment.
