Job Description
- Assist the Store Manager on day-to-day operations and ensure all team members comply with SOPs
Ensure excellent customer service in speed, service, cleanliness and food quality- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
- Work closely with management on achieving sales target, managing wastages and cost control measures
Assist in job training for new hires and consistent monitoring of existing team members competency
Job Requirement- Diploma/Degree in related discipline
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in same management capacity
- Passionate about F&B industry and excellent customer service
Possess own transportation- Fluent in Malay and English.
Able to work shifts (including weekend shifts)
