Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Roast, grind and brew coffee using various methods through espresso machines, might introduce more brewing method in future
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as coffee with art tea, mocktails and others according to cafe standard
  • Clean and sanitize work and seating areas, utensils, and equipment
  • Responsible for stock arrangement
  • Greet and connect with every customer
  • Describe menu items, service and recommend products to customers
  • Ensure high quality of service
  • Clean glasses and additional utensils.
  • Clean area (grease trap).
  • Sanitize tools and maintain hygiene at all times.
  • Monitor station inventory levels.
  • Use the FIFO system every time you take raw material.

Job Requirements

  • Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate, Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skilled at latte art, multiple espresso machines
  • Skilled at customer service.
