Our client is reputable company in the Financial Services industry. In order to support the company's rapid growth and continuous improvement, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team, assuming the role of successor to the Head of C&B, with full accountability for driving the strategic direction, operational efficiency and continuous improvement of C&B functions.
- Oversee and resolve key C&B processes, including payroll, budgeting, salary reviews, bonuses, and employee benefits, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
- Lead the management of the Human Capital dashboard, providing detailed analyses, key insights, and actionable recommendations to inform executive decision-making.
- Continuously review and refine C&B policies to ensure alignment with market trends, while implementing strategies that support the company's growth and objectives.
- Perform market analysis to assess and enhance the competitiveness of C&B programs, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to management.
- Ensure that C&B policies strictly adhere to internal standards and external regulations, fostering a compliant and secure framework.
- Conduct job evaluations and analyses to ensure role clarity, accurate compensation, and support organizational effectiveness.
- Support the development and optimization of the HRIS system, ensuring its efficient operation and alignment with company needs.
- Provide guidance on employee grievances and disciplinary issues, ensuring resolutions align with company policies and legal frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 8-10 years of C&B management experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading and contributing to strategic Compensation & Benefits initiatives, with a strong track record of impactful results
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on precision and meeting deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of key HR principles, including employment law, compliance, and employee relations.
- Strong ethical values and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related tools, with the ability to leverage technology for C&B success.
- Highly developed communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and drive business objectives.
