Buyer (Temporary) - Batu Kawan

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure on-time delivery of materials from suppliers and meeting quality requirements.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms with local and overseas suppliers.

Execute cost reduction initiatives.

Maintain and execute supplier's scorecard programs.

Work towards achieving given objectives such as inventory management, cost reduction, materials availability and quality management.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Management/ Engineering / Science/ Mathematics/ Materials /Industrial Engineering.

At least 5 years of working experiences.

Must have full knowledge of SAP.

Able to communicate and drive supplier for the 4OOR closure in timeline.

Proactive on the task been given with good attitude and result oriented.

Working shifted is required since need to have contact with different time zone suppliers.

English and Mandarin spoken since need to deal some of China supp.
