We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing schedules for client meetings, appointments, and deadlines. They will also ensure timely responses to client inquiries and maintain effective communication channels. Additionally, the Business Support Executive will coordinate with vendors or service providers for equipment servicing and ensure proper functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage schedules for client meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and maintain effective communication channels.- Coordinate with vendors or service providers for equipment servicing and ensure proper functioning.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of DOE acknowledgment letters according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Generate and prepare invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and related financial documentation for client services rendered or products sold.
Maintain and update the registration records and monitoring log book with accurate and current information.- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of packages for accurate delivery.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
