- Assist to get feedback on the Customer Satisfaction Score Tracking
- To ensure customer aware of the subscription renewal period timeline
- Follow up with customer subscription renewal status
- Support customer enquire or concerns directly to ensure the matter being address
- Support as representative person to vendor on our forecast update
- Update CRM Assets Management
- Assist to update the monthly and quarterly report to respective person and management
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required by the Management

- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Diploma or higher education in any area
- Well-spoken in English and Chinese
- Empathy and Problem-Solving skills
