Analyzes and drives improvements of Sales IT systems such as DMS, SFA, TPM
Ensures the availability and effectiveness of Sales IT capabilities to meet or exceed business needs through partnerships, leading & participating in projects & driving sales process digitalization & improvements continuously.
Ensure that the support provided to the user by the product team meets the internal SLA and KPIs.
Contributes, with Senior BSM, to the alignment of the IT & Data service delivery with the business strategy, and drives the business to use technology and IT standards as a competitive advantage.
Contributes, with the Senior BSM and IT & Data Director, to the construction of the Objective Key Result (OKR), and to the follow-up of the portfolio.
About you
Bachelors degree / Master Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
At least 4 years Experience in Commercial Sales solutions (DMS, SFA, TPM, etc.) with high tech-savviness.
Intermediate knowledge on Commercial Sales functional processes, IT processes, ability to use and develop analytical tools.
Capacity to work on concepts of medium complexity, analytical skills, eager to learn.
Good communication skills and able to articulate resolution of issues to stakeholders from various functions.
Team spirit and ability to work in process mode.
Energy, capacity to challenge, dynamism, pragmatism.
