We are seeking for candidates with analytical thinking and attention to detail to join our team as Business Solution and Project Manager. This position is centered around two primary responsibilities: designing business solutions in alignment with operational demands and overseeing their implementation as a project manager, coordinating across diverse teams to ensure the successful execution of these solutions. The ultimate objective is to support Business Development Managers (BD) in launching new business projects. The successful candidate will be involved in various complex international payment and acquiring projects of Ant International, collaborating with both internal and external teams to collectively support global business expansion.
Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Analysis & Understanding: The role involves deeply understanding the business team's needs, objectives, and pain points. This includes conducting thorough research, and engaging in stakeholder discussions to identify areas where improvements or innovations can drive efficiency, growth, or solve existing challenges.
2. Establish strong relationships and build trust with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as product & tech team, operations, finance & tax, and risk team etc, to manage project progress. Seek solutions for project blocks. Promptly identify project risks and escalate them.
3. Keep up with business development and changes, go to detail continuously review, optimize and document the business framework. Provide regular training to the business team. Enhance business development efficiency.
4. Conduct market research, develop feasible and cost-effective solutions in complex and strategic projects to ensure business long term success.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management or related field.
2. Familiar with the product or business operation processes in payment industry or internet industry.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, project management, or a related field.
4. Strong project management and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
5. Superior relationship-building and negotiation skills, comfortable working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
6. Proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a strong sense of ownership and determination to achieve ambitious goals.
7. Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights across different audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and translate it into actionable insights.
