The Role
We are seeking for a business renewal specialist to provide support to the sales function by ensuring a high rate of customer renewals, supporting new business and helping the technical team with sales administrations.
Your Impact
- Provide support to manage APJ region's software license and maintenance renewal, such as data / forecasting / renewal rate statistics.
- Research and review existing customers contract prior to quoting and support the renewal process.
- Support Sales Account Managers to ensure that company's standardised license and maintenance renewal process is adhered to.
- Ensures the renewal activity is tracked and updated in SFDC.
- Support Sales Account Manager in selling the value of license and maintenance renewal to the customers.
- Support in forecasting renewals for reporting.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with around 3 years of sales support, sales administration experience, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Good collaboration skills.
- Good problem solving, and analytical skills, including making clear observations and conclusions based on customers data.
