Role Description
This on-site role requires the incumbent to assist the Manager, Business Planning, in planning, organizing, and managing the PSC Performance & Budget section within Business Planning & Development. This includes overseeing projects, weekly/monthly/quarterly/bi-annual reports, compliance, policies, and procedures, ensuring planned activities are implemented within the approved work program and budget. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing PSC and JOA periodical reporting.
- Overseeing the Work Programme and Budget (WP&B).
- Handling the corporate budget.
- Managing Authorisation for Expenditure processes.
- Coordinating PSC/JOA periodical or ad-hoc meetings.
- Serving as the focal point for the company's Corporate Social Responsibility activities.
- Acting as the focal point for handling corporate events (exhibitions/ceremonies).
- Functioning as the Grievance Coordinator for the Grievance Mechanism for external stakeholders and supporting the Grievance Resolution Management Committee.
- Conducting discussions with all stakeholders within available time frames and supported by relevant information sources.
- Acquiring accurate information in a timely manner to ensure the execution of project activities on schedule.
- Advising on budget-related matters.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commercial, or Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in auditing, accounting, commercial, risk management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- General knowledge of the upstream oil and gas industry.
- Dependable and proactive to ensure the completion of assignments and job obligations.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, analytical, and capable of exercising logical judgment.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Excellent communication skills, a strong team player, and an open and transparent communicator across diverse multidisciplinary teams.
