Your role is to manage various aspects, including strategic planning, resource allocation, process improvement, risk management, team leadership, and technology integration.
Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities and ensure smooth business operations.
- Identifying bottlenecks and areas for process improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
Monitoring business goals and implementing measures to improve operational efficiency.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align operational goals and drive effective coordination.
Assist business operations colleagues in preparing simple documentation and presentations.
- Escalate queries and concerns when necessary.
Assist in preparing documentation and presentations.- Conduct simple data entry when necessary.
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Business administration, or any others- Strong communication and networking abilities.
Effective project management and proficiency in database management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Teamwork and collaboration.- Positive and critical thinking.
Fast learner, attentive to details with excellent analytical skills for costing, budget development, and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting a cohesive work environment.
