Responsibilities: Serve as the go-to person for HR, finance, and operations issues.
Address and resolve issues promptly when tasks cannot be completed on time.
Audit business processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed meticulously.
Report issues and updates directly to the management.
Address and resolve any cultural issues within the outlet.
Oversee customer service to ensure high standards are maintained.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld across all outlets.
Verify that recipe cards and supplier ordering processes are followed accurately.
Monitor and ensure the business meets daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Strong background in finance and operations.
Detail-oriented and data-driven with a focus on factual and statistical analysis.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues promptly.
