Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify areas for product innovation and business growth.
Lead and motivate a team of employees and liaise with marketing team to achieve business goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, media outlets, and industry partners.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or related field
Proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Expertise in the hijab market and Islamic fashion.
A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in business development or marketing,
Preferably in the fashion or retail sector, with strong Public Relations skills and proven experience in leading a team.
Strong social media knowledge and experience managing social media platforms for business purposes.
Outgoing personality, Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with local cultural nuances and market dynamics in Malaysia.
