Role Description

This is a full-time Business Manager role based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia, with flexibility for some remote work.

The Business Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management tasks associated with analysing business processes and requirements, including overseeing operations, coordinating with team members, developing and implementing business strategies, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring business growth and success. He/she will work closely with SME business owners to provide advisory services, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.

• Good knowledge and experience in business analysis and business process.
• Good written and verbal communication with ability ability to facilitate meetings and bridge gaps among stakeholders
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Knowledge of small business sustainability management
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects at a time
• Experience in business advisory, coaching or consulting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field is an advantage
