In this position you will....
responsible for collating, interpreting and producing business reporting and determining recommendations to the business to improve results for all core functions. Driving innovation of new and more effective reporting practices and presentation that leads to improved business performance.
You will be responsible for
- The representation of bolttech global markets for Business Intelligence
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reporting as per business requirements.
- To review, check understand and feedback on existing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Production of analysis that drives top line growth of the business.
- Lead the BI setup / launch initiatives for new partners and products that facilitates automation of business-as-usual reporting.
- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and work with the data architects / engineers to maintain and enhance data systems.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets for all parts of the business.
- Work with global and local management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities to enhance datasets, reporting, automation and analysis.
- Regular report drafting and presentation to management.
- Producing reports, vendor exports, and other data related activities in an automated method where possible.
- Working with non-technical users and developing our data maturity as a business.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
- 4+ years in data analytics position
- Degree in one of the following fields: Engineering / Computer Science/Data Analytics
- Highly proficient in SQL and Power BI
- Experience in Python, and their dependencies (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, etc ) is an advantage
- Experience/knowledge in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlikview.
- Experience articulating business questions and using quantitative techniques to arrive at a solution using available data.
- Experience having effective conversations with clients about their support needs and requirements, managing the intake process, and asking the right questions to scope and solve the requests
- Possess good interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Experience with Financial Reporting systems.
- Experience in creation of automated reporting as required and automated builds.
- Experience in relational data modeling principles and techniques
- Audit experience is an advantage
- Mobile device / Insurance sector / Digital market experience is an advantage
