Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in any industry or sector- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to travel as needed
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results- Participate in sales meetings, events, and training sessions as required
Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
