As a English Tutor, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing the English language learning needs of
our employees. This role involves engaging with staff to assess their proficiency and tailoring learning plans to improve their communication skills.
Conduct assessments to determine the English language proficiency of employees.
- Design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual and group needs.
Develop and implement customized learning plans to address specific language improvement areas.- Provide regular feedback and progress reports to employees and management.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit varying learning styles and needs.
- Encourage a positive and supportive learning atmosphere to boost confidence and language skills.
Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques and materials to enhance the learning experience.- Collaborate with management to identify language training opportunities that align with company goals.
