We're seeking a talented and driven Business Development Specialist to join our new international Joint Venture. In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our presence in new markets, focusing on delivering cutting-edge EdTech solutions to private and public schools in Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries.
Assist in identifying potential school partners and conducting initial interaction
Coordinate and schedule school discovery meetings and presentations.
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with organizations, businesses, and community stakeholders to enhance the school's programs, resources, and funding.
Track and manage school leads and update the database.
Active help in marketing events and activities
Active help in organizing product delivery from abroad
Preparing proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements for school partnerships
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to school business development
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Organize and coordinate events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives to promote the school's mission and attract prospective students
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Previous sales or business development experience is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Flexibility
Fluent in English and Malay
Knowingthe Educational K12 Market is a plus
