Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead initiatives for any new projects, particularly from relevant opportunities.
• Tender Management: Manage tenders project and navigate government grant applications to secure funding for projects.
• Market Expansion: Identify and secure opportunities to expand market presence, leveraging government grants and initiatives.
• Digital Marketing: Oversee and manage social media accounts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Innovative Services: Spearhead new services such as power bank rentals and Chinese tea services to diversify revenue streams.
• Investor Relations: Actively seek and engage potential investors for ventures, particularly in land acquisition for future developments
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and gather information to support strategic planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own transport required for frequent travel to project sites and meetings.
