Banking Sales Executive
Help Bank customers to financially plan for their future through wealth protection, accumulation, and distribution.
Job Description
- Sell and promote bancassurance products and identify customer segments for new sales
- Perform prospecting and cold calls to engage with potential customers for sales
- Participate in sales and marketing events to acquire new customers
- Establish business relationships with customers to strengthen rapport for up-selling activities
- Provide financial advice and follow up service on policy matters to customers
- Program to nurture the new joiners
- Professional training, development and grooming programs to enhance their skills & confidence in dealing with customers, including PCE/CEILI licensing that will be fully sponsored by Bank
- Fully supported / coaching by sales team and the Bank's managers
- Full suite of products available for FE that can cater for every customer's needs
- On top of walk-in customers, monthly customer leads & referrals are given for FE to fix appointment to meet customer
Requirement
- Excellent English speaking skills
- At least 2-3 years experience in Sales from Banking or Insurance industry
