The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and agriculture, with a proven track record in sales. As a business developement representitive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, building relationships with key industry players specially in durian business, and driving the adoption of our innovative solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the agricultural sector.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand and effectively communicate the value of Agrionex's products and services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
Collaborate with the technical and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
Proven experience in sales, not neccesory in the agriculture or technology sectors.- Understanding of smart farming solutions and IoT technologies is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a strong sense of initiative.- Willingness to travel as required.
