Klikit's is an all-in-one software platform to help businesses manage orders, menus, marketing and more across online and delivery channels. We make food delivery easy, by connecting kitchens to aggregators and creators. Our software enables full stack deployment and management of virtual brands across multiple locations and delivery channels - all through a single device - that takes away much of the complexity (and headaches!) for kitchens when it comes to food delivery. Role Background
As a Business Development Representative of the Sales team, you'll be front and center for building - ground up - our best in class Sales function as we actively engage with Restaurant and Kitchen partners in the country.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll work to expand klikit's footprint, establishing long-term relationships and bringing new merchants onto the platform by responding to inbound interest and executing targeted outbound campaigns.
What You Will Do
- Funnel Management - the basics still stand: achieve monthly quotas for inbound and outbound lead management activity, qualified through to demo and beyond.
- Documentation & Reporting - nurture and track leads throughout our CRM, documenting feedback and identifying new opportunities to improve on best practice.
- Product Consultation - identify and flag actionable insights to our product team for the ongoing development of the klikit platform, such as aggregating client feedback, scoping out customization requests and new feature requests, etc.
- Cross-Functional - collaborate with our other teams around the business to support klikit achieving its team goals for 2023 and beyond

Experience & Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales (Sales within SaaS or F&B would be a huge bonus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in both English and Malay
- Able to operate Office Suite (Word, Excel / Google Docs, Sheet)
- Time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thought process
- CRM knowledge is a plus
