• OBJECTIVE:

Support the growth and expansion of Jolicares sensitive skincare brand by developing strategic partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility and sales.

• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development:

Collaborate in the creation and implementation of effective marketing strategies and campaigns to drive sales.

• Plan, produce, and publish engaging content to support marketing campaigns (with potential to serve as a brand spokesperson).

• 2. Business Growth Initiatives:

Assist in the development and execution of business growth strategies.

• Work closely with operations, product development, and creative teams to design and launch joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and co-branded initiatives.

• 3. Strategic Partnership Management:

Identify, connect with, and onboard new affiliates, influencers (KOLs), and partners to enhance Jolicares brand presence.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing support for their promotional activities.

Analyze and optimize the performance of partnership campaigns to ensure maximum Return on Investment (ROI).

• REQUIREMENTS:

• Skills and Qualifications:

Relevant background of study.

• Proficiency in both English and Malay (both written and spoken). Mandarin is a plus.

Good understanding of social media platforms and marketplaces such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

• Skilled in using Google Apps, including Google Sheets and Google Drive.

Proficient with design and editing tools like Canva and CapCut.

• Prior experience in establishing partnerships or sponsorships is a plus.

Female candidates are preferred for this role.
