DJI Enterprise, in partnership with Glocomp, is expanding and looking for passionate and driven Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge drone technology and drive sales growth across various industries.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential resellers of DJI Enterprise products.
Drive sales growth by identifying new reseller partners and expanding current reseller networks.
Provide resellers with business strategies, marketing guidance, and product positioning to enhance their sales capabilities.
Monitor reseller performance, offering sales training, support, and incentives to boost engagement.
Collaborate with DJI Enterprise and internal teams to ensure that resellers have the necessary resources and training to succeed.
Help resellers understand emerging markets, customer needs, and new product releases, ensuring they are aligned with market trends.
Reseller Support Focus: to focus on nurturing and supporting resellers by providing them with both the business and technical tools to succeed.
Collaboration Skills: As these roles are within a distribution context, collaboration between internal teams, DJI Enterprise, and resellers is key to success.
Key Skills:
Strong experience in channel sales, distribution, or partner management.
Excellent relationship management skills, with an emphasis on supporting and growing reseller networks.
Knowledge of DJI Enterprise products and their applications across various industries (e.g., public safety, quantity surveying, construction, energy and geo mapping).
Ability to develop go-to-market strategies in collaboration with resellers.
Understanding of market dynamics and how to drive sales through indirect channels.
