Job Description- Actively support in the development of business planning, project brainstorming & development, and marketing strategy formation & execution.
To source and develop business opportunity and networking with company relationship.- Manage and track Customers requirements, satisfaction and project completion from end to end.
Identify and manage resource requirements, skill sets, training plans, quality reviews, documentations and regular meetings in achieving smooth project execution.
- Able to manage multiple projects effectively ranging in scope and size, plus flexible to react in accordance to business priorities.
Ensure prompt project updates to customers, internal team and management.- Good initiative with timely follow up / resolution of outstanding issues and point of escalation to meet customers expectations.
Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures and satisfaction metrics for consistent high-quality customer service deliverables.
- Oversee the hiring, orienting, training and key performance of the customer service team in building a high-performance task force.
Identify and inform management on new business leads and collaboration opportunities.- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Director and HQ.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the related industry.- Strong project management skill (Coordination, time management, Budget management, Negotiation Skills)
Excellent spoken and written English is a must. Chinese-English Bilingual is a plus to liaise with mandarin speaking associates.
- Must have experience in leading a small team and exploring Asia market.
Customer Orientation and Passion to service.- Familiar with working regulations and environment in Malaysia and Asia Pacific.
Excellent judgment, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proven leadership and facilitation abilities.
