Understand customer WHY and work with the team to propose HOW for customer needs
Promote our Identity Security solutions and services such as Identity Governance & Administration, Privileged Access Management, Single sign-on, Multi-factor Authentication, Data Access Governance and Insider Threat Management
Review current market trends & needs and propose new business ideas to improve company revenue margins
Develop business to achieve sales target as assigned by company
Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives
Pursuing leads and moving them through sales cycle till closure
Act as a lead point of contact for the assigned accounts
Building and maintaining strong, trusted & long-term relationship with customers
Responsible for customer account management, including negotiating contract and agreement to maximize profit
Prepare and present sales report and account activities to CEO
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
Conduct solution presentation to the key stakeholders
Collaborate with Customer Success Team to deliver solution proposal, presentation & demo, tender response and technical support to customers
Assist customer requests or issue escalations as needed
At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Administration/Sales or relevant field.
At least 2 years of proven working experience as Business Development or Account Manager role in selling IT or cybersecurity solutions
Candidate with experience in identity management domain IAM, IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO, Insider Threat will be added advantage
Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Sharp attention to details and customer needs
Entrepreneur mindset and strong willingness to breakthrough and succeed in life
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity Great problem-solving skills to help resolving customer complaints and needs
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good experience in IT environment such as AD, server, database, network & security
